7. Limitation of Liability

Rise Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Revisions and Changes

Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bathinda, Punjab.
